目的探讨高频超声诊断甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMc)的价值。方法 61例经手术后病理确诊的甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者,共92个结节。分析结节超声表现,包括结节的边界、形态、内部回声、钙化、后方回声、血流信号。结果 92个甲状腺微小乳头状癌中,其中边界不清74个(80.43%),形态不规则75个(81.52%),结节周边可见完整的低回声晕9个(9.78%);结节内部低回声84个(91.30%),结节内探及微钙化64个(69.57%),结节表现为后方回声衰减55个(59.78%)。结论高频超声对甲状腺微小乳头状癌具有重要的临床诊断价值,有助于提高甲状腺微小乳头状癌的诊断准确性。
Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma (PTMc). Methods Totally 92 nodules were obtained from 61 patients with pathologically confirmed thyroid papillary carcinoma. Nodules were analyzed for sonographic findings, including nodule boundaries, morphology, internal echo, calcification, posterior echo, and blood flow signals. Results Among the 92 thyroid papillary carcinoma, 74 (80.43%) had unclear boundary and 75 (81.52%) were irregular in shape, and 9 (9.78%) had hypoechoic halo around the nodule. 84 (91.30%) had low echo, 64 (69.57%) probed into nodules and 55 (59.78%) echogenic attenuation. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound is an important clinical diagnostic value for thyroid papillary carcinoma, which is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of thyroid papillary carcinoma.
