目的了解2007~2011年河南省新乡市人间布鲁氏菌病的发病情况及疫情回升原因。方法试管凝集试验(STA)检测布鲁氏菌病抗体,对监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2007~2011年,新乡市共发生布鲁氏菌病178例,以2011年最多,2007年最少;全年各月均有病例发生,4~9月为发病高峰;以农村青壮年男性为主,178例中男138例,女40例,男女比3.5∶1;发病最小年龄2岁,最大年龄80岁,不同年龄组男女性别构成差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.43,P>0.05);以农民发病为主(128例,占病例总数的71.91%)。结论新乡市人间布鲁氏菌病疫情仍处于散在流行状态,且呈逐年上升的态势,但并不排除小范围爆发的可能性;应对感染者和患者高发区域进一步开展传染源及高危暴露因素的调查分析,对高危人群加强健康宣传和采取干预措施。
Objective To understand the incidence of brucellosis in Xinxiang City, Henan Province from 2007 to 2011 and the reasons for the rise of epidemic situation. Conclusions The epidemic situation of human brucellosis in Xinxiang City is still in a scattered epidemic situation, showing an increasing trend year by year, but it does not rule out the possibility of small-scale outbreaks.
