开展农机检测节能技术是加强农机化管理节约能源提高效益的有效途径。1985年我省在休宁等15个县(市)进行了检测试点,调整、修复了1062台12马力的手扶拖拉机,平均每台提高功率1.63马力,耗油率降低27克/马力小时,取得了明显的经济和社会效益。找到了工作的薄弱环节和今后的努力方向。 1.了解了机车总体技术状态检测结果:甲级车247台,占受检车的23.2%;乙级车326台,占受检车的30.7%;丙级车486台,占受检车46%。总的说明机车技术状态不好。
