作者观察到股动脉内注射50％葡萄糖有其肯定的升压作用,茲将其97例的治疗反应报告如下。一、股动脉注射的作用机制苏联学者等认为动脉内输入高渗葡萄糖,可通过血管壁内的感受器,而引起神经反射,进而兴奋了循环和呼吸中枢,改善了循环和呼吸状况。我国王源昶等在动物实验时亦得到了满意的升压效果,唯其反射机制是否直接通过血管壁的感受器,尚属可疑。
