随着中国旅游业的迅猛发展,发展过程中的问题也随之凸显,引发了旅游业对于人才需求的增加和人才标准的提高的思考,如何健全旅游酒店专业教学的人才培训机制,根据旅游市场需要培养适销对路的专业人才,如何改革旅游专业人才培养模式,是摆在每一所旅游高校面前迫在眉睫的问题。本文从旅游业的现状来分析旅游酒店专业教学中存在的问题,从人才培养定位、专业设置定位、教学课程、教学大纲和教材、实训基地建设、师资培养及教学方法等方面予以改革,以实现旅游酒店专业教学与标准人才市场的接轨。
