Regulation of sports teaching atmosphere is an art. The teacher’s regulation of the atmosphere of the PE classroom has a direct impact on the students’ enthusiasm for practice. The teacher’s guiding role is the main factor that directly affects the classroom atmosphere. Physical education in primary schools is based on physical exercises as a means to enhance physical fitness as the goal of the bilateral activities of teachers and students, physical exercises through a multi-action control to achieve. The author believes that in the teaching of physical education, according to the specific atmosphere of the classroom, the following control methods can be used. First, using humor to regulate physical education is an art, while humor is one of the most active artistic factors. Experienced physical education teachers, often in physical education
