随着社会的发展,职业发展压力已成为影响员工的心理健康、工作态度和行为,以及组织的整体绩效的重要因素。文章在借鉴前人文献研究的基础上,通过对互联网企业新员工职业发展压力调查问卷的统计分析,验证了新员工在职业发展上表现出了较高程度的压力以及很高的离职倾向;发现企业新员工的性别、学历、工作时间和企业性质分别对职业发展压力存在显著性差异;验证了员工职业发展压力对离职倾向的影响程度,提出互联网企业新员工压力管理的对策和建议。
With the development of society, the pressure of career development has become an important factor affecting employees’ mental health, work attitude and behavior, as well as the overall performance of the organization. Based on the previous literature research, the article analyzes the new employees’ career development stress questionnaire statistical analysis, confirms the new employees in the career development showed a higher degree of pressure and a high turnover intention; found The new employee’s gender, education, working hours and the nature of the enterprise respectively have significant differences in the pressure of career development; the influence of employee career development pressure on the turnover intention is verified, and the countermeasures and suggestions on stress management of the new employee in Internet company are proposed.
