为解决在油田生产中燃油炉、煤炉等设备启炉困难这一问题,研制出了一种微型电加热锅炉。微型电加热锅炉的控制系统主要由水位控制系统和温度控制系统两大部分组成。三冲量微机水位控制系统主要由单片机系统、水位检测器、伺服放大器等组成,实现了用单片机对水位的三冲量控制;温控部分采用可控硅调功方式,在给定周期内改变可控硅的导通时间,就可以达到改变加热功率的目的,实现温度的自动控制。
