以阿魏菇A0501为供试菌株,对阿魏菇工厂化生产工艺进行了研究。传统的阿魏菇固态栽培工艺比较繁琐,人工栽培需要经过母种、原种、栽培种、出菇袋4级放大过程,本研究将液体深层发酵技术应用于阿魏菇工厂化生产,实现了生产工艺直接从专用母种、液体种到出菇袋的重大转变,显著缩短生产周期60 d,是阿魏菇栽培技术上的一次革新。优化了阿魏菇工厂化生产的主要工艺参数,为阿魏菇周年标准化、工厂化生产提供了技术保证。
Fermented with Pleurotus ostreatus A0501 as the test strain, Ferulicus mushroom factory production process were studied.
