对中小学教师信息技术培训中存在的问题做了深入分析和总结,在此基础上,提出了中小学教师信息技术培训的模式:案例教学模式、反思学习模式、自主学习模式和校本培训模式。同时,还对今后做好中小学教师信息技术培训工作提出了许多建设性的建议和方法以及实现的途径,以期指导今后培训工作的有效开展。
Based on the analysis and summary of the problems existing in the information technology training of primary and secondary school teachers, the paper puts forward the modes of information technology training for primary and secondary school teachers: case teaching mode, reflection learning mode, autonomous learning mode and school-based training mode. At the same time, many constructive suggestions and methods as well as ways to achieve the goal of doing primary and secondary school teachers’ IT training are put forward in the hope of guiding the effective implementation of training in the future.
