随着国有企业体制改革的持续深化,企业管理模式的新立和主辅分离、改制分流工作进入深层次的实施阶段,深化改制企业面临的内外形势和员工原有安稳的工作环境开始面临着从未有过的严峻挑战,反映出诸多问题和困难,从不同的侧面和角度考验着作为职工之家的工会组织,需要我们尽快确立新的应对策略和措施,创新工作思路和工作机制,切实履行职责,充分发挥好作用。这对于工会组织来说,显得尤为急迫和重要。
