近年来,全国各地都在体育教学研究方面作了大量的工作,在体育课教学评价标准中,把“身心并重”作为一条重要的标准。体育教学的目的之一就是要通过各种体育活动促进学生的身心健康。而要达到“身心并重”的效果,必须要认真地研究小学生在体育课上的各种心理状态及其表现,以便有选择地采取和改进教学方法与手段,以提高体育课堂的教学质量,从而促进学生生理、心理的协调发展。
