为研究轨道板与钢桥面板连接处加强部位的力学行为,结合京沪高速铁路上一座四线96 m跨下承式钢箱系杆拱桥,采用1∶4的几何缩尺比例,对其轨道板与钢桥面板连接局部加强部位进行了模型试验研究,并进行了详细的空间有限元分析。研究结果表明:在制动力荷载作用下,测点的应变与荷载线性关系度良好,模型试验结果与模型有限元计算结果比较吻合;轨道板与钢桥面板连接局部加强部位的应力水平能满足结构的受力要求,并且有一定的安全裕度。
In order to study the mechanical behavior of reinforced joints at the connection between track slab and steel bridge deck, combined with a four-lane 96m span steel box tied arch bridge on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, Plate and steel bridge panel to connect the local strengthening parts of the model test research, and carried out a detailed space finite element analysis. The results show that under the braking force load, the strain of the measuring point has a good linear relationship with the load. The results of the model test are in good agreement with the calculated results of the finite element method. The stress levels at the locally reinforced joints of the rail plate and the steel bridge deck can meet the requirements of the structure The force requirements, and have a certain margin of safety.
