课堂作业是整个数学课堂教学中不可缺少的环节,也是提高课堂教学效率和数学教学质量的重要措施之一。有些青年教师把课堂作业差的责任推卸给学生,一味责怪学生,造成学生的对抗情绪和逆反心理,教育效果并不理想。其实,学生作业质量的好坏,关键还在教师这一头,若教师布置有方、辅导有策、管理有谱,学生作业终会令人满意的。我在数学课堂作业中引进和运用激进机制,收到了较好的效果,具体过程如下:
