随着我国社会主义经济持续、快捷、健康稳定的发展,对加快职业教育发展的需求已经摆上了党和国家领导人的重要议事日程。这为曾经“先天营养不良、后天发展不足”的我国职业教育迎来了充满活力的春天。但是,由于一些历史原因,导致目前接受职业教育的学生在文化素质方面普遍偏低,接受知识的能力不强,自信心不足,行为习惯较差,为毕业后的就业埋下了隐患,特别是作为县级的职业高中,此种情况更为严重。本文作者提出,在目前生源状况无法得到改善的情况下,可结合学校实际,针对学生情况,根据劳动力市场的需求,带领教师进行深入的分析和研讨,明确“成才先成人、以德育促教学”的理念作为学校的办学思想,以期取得一定的成效。
