利用虚拟样机技术对单侧弹射发射试验的故障虚拟复现及其设计改进方案的可行性进行了研究。在建立发射系统多刚体动力学模型、燃气发生器数学模型、关键部件柔性体模型和制动锥简化力学模型的基础上,应用ADAMS软件建立了该弹射发射系统的刚柔耦合多体动力学虚拟样机模型,对弹射发射故障进行了虚拟复现,提出了合理的改进建议,最后利用虚拟样机技术对设计改进方案的可行性进行了评定。通过后续成功弹射试验表明:所建立的虚拟样机模型是准确可靠的,研究结果对发射系统的优化设计具有一定的现实指导意义。
The virtual prototype technology is used to study the virtual recurrence of unilateral ejection launch test and the feasibility of its design improvement scheme. Based on the multi-body dynamic model of launch system, the mathematical model of gas generator, the flexible body model of key components and the simplified mechanical model of brake cone, the rigid-flexible coupled multi-body dynamics virtual model of the projectile launching system is established by ADAMS software The model of the prototype is used to make a virtual reappearance of the projectile launch failure. The reasonable suggestions for improvement are put forward. Finally, the feasibility of the design improvement scheme is evaluated by the virtual prototype technology. The successful ejection test shows that the established virtual prototype model is accurate and reliable, and the research results have certain practical significance for the optimization design of launch system.
