目的了解石家庄市贫困农村幼儿生长发育状况。方法用整群随机抽样方法,从石家庄市贫困农村抽取了无先天性、遗传性等重要脏器疾病的1～3岁幼儿140名,对其进行身体测量及膳食调查,并对其母亲进行了问卷调查。采用SPSS15.0统计软件对相关资料进行t检验、卡方检验和logistic回归分析。结果幼儿低体重发生率为3.6%,生长迟缓发生率为7.1%。结论本调查结果表明,石家庄市贫困农村1～3岁幼儿低体重发生率、生长迟缓发生率低于西部贫困地区幼儿和河北省2002年农村5岁以下儿童。
Objective To understand the growth and development of young children in poor rural areas in Shijiazhuang. Methods A total of 140 children aged 1 ~ 3 years old without congenital, hereditary and other important organ diseases were collected from poor rural areas of Shijiazhuang City using a cluster randomized sampling method. Their physical and dietary surveys were conducted and their mothers were investigated Questionnaire. Using SPSS15.0 statistical software t test data, chi-square test and logistic regression analysis. Results The incidence of low birth weight in infants was 3.6% and the incidence of delayed growth was 7.1%. Conclusion The findings of this survey show that the prevalence of low birth weight and growth retardation among children aged 1-3 in poor rural areas of Shijiazhuang is lower than that of children under 5 in rural areas in poor areas in western China and rural areas in 2002 in Hebei Province.
