从“海艺辱师门”事件到杨帆“抓女生门”事件,暴露出目前在职业教育和高等教育中学校管理的混乱状况,同样也暴露出师生关系的混乱状况,在基础教育中也存在着师生关系的混乱状况。笔者认为导致这一混乱的重要原因是惩戒教育的缺失。本文旨在通过分析教育惩戒存在的合理性,进而探讨教师惩戒权的范围、实施原则与方法,以期为教育实践中处理好师生关系提供有益的帮助。
From the incident of “insulting the sea and insulting the door” to the event of “Yang Feng” and “grasping the girl’s door”, the current confusion in the management of vocational schools and higher education in schools reveals the chaos of the relationship between teachers and students as well. There is also chaos in teacher-student relations in education. The author believes that the important reason leading to this disorder is the lack of disciplinary education. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the rationality of existence of education disciplinary, and then to explore the scope of teachers’ disciplinary rights and the principles and methods of enforcement so as to provide useful help to handle the relationship between teachers and students in educational practice.
