团队拥有的社会和人力资本、团队成员的领导行为和激励制度是团队的三种动力因素。这三种动力因素间如能实现和谐发展,团队就会更具创造力。短期的、持续的进步会引发长期的突破,这是团队获得创造力的基础,它能避免团队因不得不进行彻头彻尾的大规模改革而遭受的损失。从长远来看,团队要努力实现一个理想的创造力模型,这个创造力模型是基于高水平的人力资本(个人专长)和社会资本(团队内部和外部的关系),反应变革导向行为(变革型领导和授权型领导)的成员互动,以及能够激发团队成员内在动机的激励制度。从短期而言,团队需要以理想中的模型为目标,不断发展进步。
Team-owned social and human capital, team member leadership behavior and incentive system are the team's three dynamic factors. If these three dynamic factors can achieve harmonious development, the team will be more creative. Short-term, continuous improvement leads to long-term breakthroughs that underpin the team's ability to get creative and avoid the team's losses as a result of having to make radical, grand reforms. In the long run, the team should work hard to achieve an ideal model of creativity based on a high level of human capital (personal expertise) and social capital (internal and external to the team), responsive change-oriented behavior Leadership and empowered leadership) and an incentive system that motivates the team members' intrinsic motivation. In the short term, the team needs to be the ideal model for continuous improvement.
