蕊管的阻力损失占旋风分离器阻力损失很大部分。在蕊管圆周面上开设径向小孔,使气流径向导入蕊管避免了强制涡带来的无效损失,可使旋风分离器的阻力损失降低1/3多。本文研究了蕊管径向开孔时旋风分器离的阻力特性。
The loss of resistance of the tube accounts for a large part of the resistance loss of the cyclone. A radial hole is formed in the circumferential surface of the tube to make the air flow guide the tube radially to avoid the ineffective loss caused by the forced vortex and reduce the resistance loss of the cyclone by more than 1/3. In this paper, the drag characteristics of the cyclone when the radial opening of the core tube is studied.
