用氧氟沙星（泰利必妥）滴耳剂治疗化脓性中耳炎４０例（耳），有效率８７．５％。３０耳分离出９种３０株致病菌，用药后细菌清除率为９３．３％，致病菌体外对该药的敏感率为９０．０％。氧氟沙星对绿脓假单胞菌、金葡菌等感染疗效特佳。治疗中无明显不良反应。
With ofloxacin (telbivudine) ear treatment suppurative otitis media in 40 cases (ears), the effective rate of 87.5%. Ninety 30 pathogens were isolated from 30 ears, and the bacterial clearance rate after treatment was 93.3%. The sensitivity of pathogens to this medicine was 90.0% in vitro. Ofloxacin Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and other infections particularly effective. No obvious adverse reactions in treatment.
