心理健康是身心健康的关键

“年老多病”,是人们用来形容中老年人身体状况的常用语。老年人就一定多病吗?其实也不尽然,要做到老有精神、身心健康,现在似乎已不是太难的事儿,人们都知道了很多保证健康的方法,但是,很多人或许不知道,心理健康是健康的关键所在。 人体健康,从后天因素分析,主要有六大因素,即心理健康,生活规律,营养合理,运动适当,医药保健,环境良好,而心理健康应该是列在第一位的,中老年人更是如此。 祖国医学认为,“气是百病之源”,这里涉及到心胸和精神心理等诸多方面的问题。世界卫生组织专家认为,50%~80%的疾病与不良心理有关。他们制定的健康的定义是:健康指不但没有身体的缺陷和疾病,还要有完好的生理、心理状态和适应社会与自然环境的能力。后来,在健康标准中又增加一条“道德良好”。所以当代健康的新观念共有4条,生理健康,心理健康,适应社会与自然的能力,道德良好。后3条均属于心理因素,这足以说明心理健康在人体健康的地位。 “Old and sick” is a term commonly used by people to describe the physical condition of the elderly. After the three are psychological factors, which is sufficient to explain the status of mental health in human health.
