科学技术的迅速发展对光学零件的精度提出了越来越高的要求,单从平面光学零件来讲,不但要求有秒级的平行度,而且要有高精度的平面度及表面光洁度。目前,对这种高精度的平面零件,多采用光胶垫板加工,虽能达到平行度及平面度的要求。但对于表面光洁度要求高(B=Ⅰ~Ⅲ)的零件却存在较大的困难,我们采用圆槽式和圆环式光胶板加工,基本上解决了这一困难,且在平行差的测量上,也比一般光胶板方便。现将平行介质模板和圆光栅板采用圆槽式和圆环式光胶板的加工工艺介绍如下。
