采用日立835-50型高速自动氨基酸分析仪,测定肝硬化患者血细胞内氨基酸。结果显示:1.肝硬化红细胞内天门冬、缬、异亮、亮和组氨酸降低;丝、谷、甘、酪、苯丙、精和脯氨酸明显增高。(P<0.05)2。肝硬化白细胞内氨基酸谷、缬、亮和脯氨酸降低,苏、丝、丙、异亮、苯丙、酪、组和精氨酸增高。(P<0.05)3。肝硬化血细胞支/芳比值与血浆相同均降低,但红细胞内有5种氨基酸增高使总量增加207.86μmol/L;白细胞有13种增高302.68μmol/L。提示血细胞在调整氨基酸代谢过程中起重要作用,并在某方面与血浆作用相反
Using Hitachi 835-50 high-speed automatic amino acid analyzer, determination of blood cells in patients with liver cirrhosis amino acids. The result shows: 1. Cirrhosis of the astigmatous erythrocytes, Valerian, Yi Liang, light and histidine decreased; silk, Valley, Gan, cheese, benzene, and proline significantly higher. (P <0.05) 2. Amino acid valleys, valines, light and proline in cirrhotic leucocytes were decreased, and the levels of superoxide dismutase, isosorbide, phenylpropanolamine, bortezomil, and arginine increased. (P <0.05) 3. Hepatic cirrhosis blood cell branch / aromatic ratio and plasma were the same, but there are five kinds of red blood cells increase the total amount of 207.86μmol / L; Thirteen kinds of leukocytes increased 302.68μmol / L.
