目前军用背负式电台的散热设计主要是对发射机未级功放大功率晶体管而言的。通常,要求军用背负式电台做到体积小,结构紧凑,重量轻,对环境条件的变化适应性强,功耗低等,所以,对于大功率晶体管以外的器件,一般不加散热器或者加小型散热器即可满足要求。但是,对大功率晶体管,必须认真地进行散热设计,否则,就不能正常工作,甚至完全不能工作。
