立式离心磨机由电机、磨机简体及装在磨机筒体内的螺旋叶片组成。被磨物枓可根据工艺要求从圆柱体的任意高度上给入。通过电机带动螺旋搅拌器旋转,使磨机内的磨矿介质和物料既作轴向运动又作径向运动。接近螺旋的内层介质和物料向上运动,远离螺旋接近器壁的介质和物料向下运动,形成对流式循环,在磨矿介质之间产生相对滚动,从而使介质间的物料受到滚压和研磨作用。由于立式离心磨矿机内介质的冲击力很小,而发挥作用的介质表面积很大,故适合于细磨。立式离心磨矿机磨矿试验表明,细磨效率高。
