基于主产区302户枣农微观面板数据,运用随机前沿分析(SFA)方法,将气象因子纳入生产函数模型,对主产区红枣生产技术效率进行测算和分析。结果表明:气温升高对农户的经济影响利大于弊,降雨增加对农户的负面影响显著,兵团农户单位面积红枣平均收入显著高于地方农户;2011—2013年生产技术效率均值介于0.32~0.50,总体均值不高为0.399,但逐年递增,兵团生产技术效率高于地方;人力资本对农户生产技术效率提升有显著促进作用,种植条件和管理技术水平是农户生产技术效率提升的外在约束条件。推广适应气候变化的农业科技技术,加强农业技术培训,增强技术培训的及时性和有效性是提升生产技术效率的关键。
Based on the data of 302 jujube farmer micro-panels in the main producing areas, SFA method was used to incorporate the meteorological factors into the production function model to calculate and analyze the technical efficiency of jujube production in the main producing areas. The results showed that: the economic impact of increasing temperature on farmers more than good, the negative impact of increased rainfall on farmers significantly, the Corps per unit area of the average income of jujube was significantly higher than that of local farmers; 2011-2013 production technology efficiency between 0.32 ~ 0.50 , The overall average is not high 0.399, but increasing year by year, Corps production technology efficiency is higher than the local; human capital on the efficiency of production technology to improve farmer has a significant role in promoting the efficiency of production conditions and management of farmers is an external constraint on the efficiency of production technology . To promote agro-science and technology to adapt to climate change, to enhance agricultural technology training and to enhance the timeliness and effectiveness of technical training is the key to enhancing the efficiency of production technology.
