通过对图书馆员人文关怀理论与实践的探讨,揭示图书馆人力资源管理的新策略。认为人力资源管理是图书馆整个管理工作的核心问题,人文关怀是图书馆人力资源管理的新策略,而图书馆员的人文关怀则是图书馆人文关怀的第一层面;应当在尊重馆员个性差异、激发馆员个性潜能、馆员参与式管理、营造宽松和谐的人际环境等方面进行实践。
Through discussing the theory and practice of humane care for librarians, this paper reveals a new strategy of human resource management in libraries. Considering that human resource management is the core issue of the entire management of library, humane care is a new strategy of library human resources management, and humane care of librarians is the first level of humane care in library. Differences, inspiring librarians individual potential, librarian participatory management, creating a relaxed and harmonious interpersonal environment and other aspects of practice.
