古语道:“小成靠勤,中成赖智,大成在德,终成于道。”自古以来,代代相劝勉。为学论事,皆应勤、智相结合,才可成事。德与道的概念,却似乎只在遥远的先贤身上,非常人所能乞得。然非如此。勤、智二者皆非由心而生,因此只可成功而不可成大家。古之先贤,之所以为大家,流芳后世,是因其心中内蕴深厚的德与道之所在。①
