《数学课程标准》指出:“学生的数学学习内容应当是现实的、有意义的、富有挑战性的,这些内容要有利于学生主动地进行观察、实验、猜测、验证、推理与交流等数学活动。”“实行人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必要的数学”。等等这些都强调了大众数学学习内容的运用价值——能适应未来社会的需要。我们知道培养学生的创新精神和实践能力是素质教育的重点,而开展有效的数学实践活动来培养学生创新精神和实践能力则是重要途径。

We know that cultivating students ’innovative spirit and practical ability are the focuses of quality education.
