随着经济的发展,人力资源外包成为新兴的产业,可以降低企业生产的成本,实现工作的最大效能,但由于多方面因素的影响,在外包业务方面存在着信任、质量、安全等风险问题,笔者结合自己人力资源的工作经验,认为通过政府监管、科学选择、依法合作等途径可以有效解决人力资源外包中可能出现的问题,实现外包的真正价值。
With economic development, human resources outsourcing has become an emerging industry, which can reduce the cost of production and maximize the efficiency of work. However, due to various factors, there are risks such as trust, quality and safety in outsourcing business. Based on my work experiences in human resources, the author believes that through government supervision, scientific choices and cooperation according to law, the problems that may arise in human resource outsourcing can be effectively solved and the true value of outsourcing can be realized.
