根据所进行的车轴-车轮配合面模型的超声波探伤仿真试验,定量评价了伤痕深度及车轴与车轮的接触表面压力对回波高度的影响。并且介绍了在实体轮轴上交变作用的旋转弯曲力矩,评价了伤痕回波变动的结果。
According to the ultrasonic testing simulation of axle-wheel mating surface model, the depth of flaws and the contact surface pressure between axle and wheel were quantitatively evaluated. The rotating bending moment which alternates on the solid axle is introduced and the result of the change of the flaw echo is evaluated.
