The low-dose excitatory effect means that any factor that exerts a stimulatory effect when applied to a living organism at a low dose produces an inhibitory effect at higher doses. Its dose-response curve type can be expressed as J-type or inverted J-type according to its reaction result, also known as U-type or β-type. A large number of physical and chemical factors in the environment there is a low-dose excitement effect, in many medical fields have research, and used in medicine, especially in the treatment of cancer. In recent years, the concept of low-dose excitatory effect has been accepted by more and more people and has become a hot point in toxicology research, but its medical application needs further study.
