据调查,部分中国境外投资失败的原因有三,或是决策前没有做好可行性研究;或是没有找到合适的合作伙伴;而首当其冲的原因则是派出人员尤其是负责人力不胜任。注重跨国经营人力资源的开发与管理是摆在我们面前的首要任务。 西方跨国公司经过多年的发展与演变,面对复杂多变的国际政治经济环境,业已开始关注建立以有效的人力资源管理为核心的灵活性战略程序,以激励全体人员齐心协力对付复杂的外部环境。
According to the survey, there are three reasons for the failure of some overseas Chinese investments, either because the feasibility study was not done before the decision was made or the suitable partner was not found. The reason for this is that dispatched personnel are particularly responsible for human incompetence. Focusing on the development and management of human resources in transnational operations is a top priority for us. After years of development and evolution, Western multinational corporations have begun to focus on establishing a flexible strategic program centering on effective human resource management in the face of a complex and ever-changing international political and economic environment, in order to motivate all personnel to work together to deal with complex external environments. .
