目前世界上已经开始运用高速摄影机和电子计算机来分析万米长跑比赛中疲劳对跑动技术所产生的生物力学影响。我们进行了这方面的研究工作,参加这次试验的是八名高级长跑运动员。试验距离的全程(10000米)被分为四个阶段进行拍摄。通过对试验中变化趋势的分析,可以看出运动员在全程四个阶段中因疲劳而产生的调节性的变化趋势。为了抵制疲劳,运动员就不得不降低跑速和改变步长,步频和身体局部的位置。当接近终点时,运动员放脚着地的能力愈来愈差,这就导致了减速的必然趋势。如果运动员此时在用力蹬伸两腿,就将增加在恢复阶段中对量的需要。因此疲劳使这些高水平的运动员也不得不改变技术,这是机体一种很自然
At present, the world has begun to use high-speed cameras and electronic computers to analyze the biomechanical effects of fatigue on running technology in the 10,000-meter race. We conducted research in this area, to participate in this trial is eight senior runners. The entire test distance (10,000 meters) is divided into four stages for shooting.
