湘桂铁路永州—柳州段既有能力与设计年度预测客货运量不相适应,以提高铁路输送能力和旅客列车速度为改建目标,在分析永州至柳州段现状技术标准的基础上,提出在永州—柳州段全段保留既有线(单线)的基础上新建双线,最终形成三线运输组织模式的方案,本文研究新建双线的主要技术标准、车站分布,并对其行车量和车流组织进行探讨。
The capacity of Yongzhou-Liuzhou section of Xiang-Gui Railway to adapt to the predicted annual passenger and freight traffic volume is not the same as that of the design year. In order to improve the railway transport capacity and the speed of passenger trains as the rebuilding target, based on the analysis of the current technical standards of Yongzhou-Liuzhou section, - Liuzhou section of the whole reservation of existing lines (single line) based on the new double-lane, the final form of three-lane transport organization program, this paper studies the main technical standards for new two-lane, station distribution, and traffic volume and traffic flow organization .
