通过对克莱姆KR804型管棚钻机的机械结构、工作原理和施工工艺流程的分析和研究,提出基于PLC和触摸屏的管棚钻机可视化控制系统,并介绍系统的软、硬件设计。利用该控制系统对设备安全性、设备状态监测和人机交互功能进行优化,能够提高管棚钻机施工过程中的安全性和可靠性。
Through the analysis and research on the mechanical structure, working principle and construction process flow of Cramer KR804 pipe jacking rig, the visual control system of pipe jacking drilling rig based on PLC and touch screen is put forward and the software and hardware design of the system is introduced. Using this control system to optimize equipment safety, equipment condition monitoring and human-computer interaction can improve the safety and reliability of pipe-jacking rig construction.
