目的通过外科特色模拟病房建设及实践教学的综合改革,有效提高学生实践操作能力及临床思维能力。方法选择2011级高职护理专业4个班学生302人作为实验组,采用改进后的外科护理实践教学法;以2010级高职护理专业4个班306名学生作为对照组,采用传统的授课方法。结果实验组实践操作考核成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.01);两组学生对教学的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论特色模拟病房建设与实践教学改革能有效提升学生的操作技能和实践能力。
Objective To simulate the comprehensive reform of ward building and practice teaching through surgical features to effectively improve students’ practical ability and clinical thinking ability. Methods A total of 302 students in 4 classes of vocational nursing major in 2011 were selected as the experimental group and the improved method of surgical nursing practice was adopted. 306 students in 4 classes of vocational nursing major in 2010 were used as the control group, and the traditional teaching methods . Results The results of practice test in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group (P <0.01). There was significant difference in satisfaction between two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion The construction of special simulated ward and practice teaching reform can effectively improve the students’ operational skills and practical ability.
