随着时代的发展,社会对劳动者的思想、品德、行为素质要求越来越高。学校是劳动者素质形成的摇篮和基地,因此,如何实现这方面的功能,是每个教育工作者面临的重要课题。我在长期的实践中深深感到,学生思想品德素质的形成与发展固然离不开教育者的指导与规范,但更重要的却是学生必须形成良好地自我教育能力。这应该从四方面入手。
With the development of the times, society has become more and more demanding of the ideological, moral and behavioral qualities of laborers. Schools are the cradle and base for the formation of the quality of laborers. Therefore, how to achieve this function is an important issue for every educator. In my long-term practice, I deeply felt that the formation and development of students’ ideological qualities cannot be separated from the guidance and norms of educators, but it is more important that students develop good self-education skills. This should start with four aspects.
