家园合作是一个发展的概念,如何突破现有的家园联系、沟通、协调格局,使家庭与幼儿园形成共育之势,为构建适宜幼儿发展特点的特色课程提供动力,成为我园最为关注的一项家长工作目标。在家园共建“创意手工”特色课程的实践中,我们把家长定位为特色课程的设计者、协商者、审议者和评价者,从引发家长的认同感开始,引导家长关注、参与、思考并最终实现共建,使我园的特色手工课程建设呈现出“家园共建、亲子互动、师幼同乐”的螺旋式上升发展态势。
