本研究根据流化床稀相段内的气固流动特点,采用随机理论描述稀相段内单颗粒运动,并具体使用Monte-Carlo方法建立了相应的数学模型;在此基础上,结合有关的气化反应动力学方程建立了流化床气化炉稀相段气化反应的数学模型。同时使用中试实验数据与模拟结果进行了比较,结果表明模型能较好地反映稀相段的反应情况。
In this study, based on the characteristics of gas-solid flow in the dilute phase of the fluidized bed, a stochastic theory was used to describe the movement of single particles in the dilute phase. The Monte-Carlo method was used to establish the corresponding mathematical model. On this basis, The gasification kinetic equation established the mathematical model of gasification reaction in the dilute phase of fluidized bed gasifier. At the same time, the experimental data were compared with the simulation results. The results show that the model can better reflect the reaction conditions of dilute phase.
