为研究毛果杨eIF5A基因间的同源性及其进化关系,以毛果杨的eIF5A基因为研究对象,利用生物信息学软件及网站对其进行碱基分布、氨基酸组成、亲疏水性、保守区以及二级结构和三级结构的预测与分析,并与其他物种的eIF5A氨基酸序列进行多重比对与进化分析。结果表明,4个毛果杨eIF5A基因定位于不同染色体上,且都只含有5个外显子;研究还发现不同成员间氨基酸数目、氨基酸序列间的疏水性存在一定的差异;亚细胞定位分析表明,4个eIF5A蛋白均定位于细胞质上;二级结构预测结果显示,4个eIF5A氨基酸序列以无规则卷曲、扩展链和α-螺旋为主要组成部分,且4条氨基酸序列三维结构十分相似。上述结果均为毛果杨eIF5A基因家族的进一步功能分析提供了一定基础。
In order to study the homology of eIF5A gene in Populus trichocarpa and its evolutionary relationship, the eIF5A gene of Populus trichocarpa was used as bioinformatics software and its website to analyze its base distribution, amino acid composition, hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, conserved region And secondary structure and tertiary structure prediction and analysis, and with other species of eIF5A amino acid sequence multiple alignment and evolutionary analysis. The results showed that four Populus euphylla cv. EIF5A genes were located on different chromosomes and all contained only five exons. The study also found that the number of amino acids among different members and the hydrophobicity of amino acid sequences were different. Subcellular localization analysis The results of secondary structure prediction showed that the four eIF5A amino acid sequences were mainly composed of random coil, extended chain and α-helix, and the three-dimensional structure of the four amino acid sequences were very similar. The above results provide some basis for the further functional analysis of Populus euphorbiae eIF5A gene family.
