一、概述波形弹簧是一种波形的垫圈式弹簧(图1),它具有一般弹簧的减振、隔振、防止装配件松动以及降低噪音等作用,由于其体积小、占用空间少、受力对称,尤其适合于在轴类零件上应用。国外对波形弹簧的应用已相当普遍;国内在电机、机械、航空等领域中的应用也日益增多。到目前为止,波形弹簧载荷—挠度关系的设计计算一般采用 Robert F.Grudee 在《弹簧公差》一文中所给出的计算式,即f=(1.94PD_m~3/Eb(?)~3N~4) (1)式中:P 为波形弹簧承受的载荷;D_m 为波形弹簧的平均直径;b、t 分别为波形弹簧径向截面的宽度与厚度;
