经过观察,从刀架的动作过程中获得了启示,设计了一个十分简单的小型刨床自动抬刀装置。经过使用,证明效果很好,现简介如下。刨床自动抬刀装置结构如附图所示,它由安装套、销轴、抬刀块、紧套螺钉等组成。销轴和安装套为静配合,销轴和抬刀块为动配合,故抬刀块可绕销轴自由转动。使用时,将抬刀装置安装在刨刀上,调整抬刀块9低于刀尖2~4mm,然后用紧套螺钉固定。当刨刀向左移动进行刨削时,由于抬刀块9低于工件,故会被工件挡住而绕销轴逆时钟转动,可旋转到高出工件的位置,故不会影响刨削进行。当刨刀向右移动
