以纯铝为原料,采用Ca粉做增粘剂,TiH2作发泡剂,通过对Ca粉、TiH2含量的控制以及控制发泡剂加入后熔体中的发泡温度,制备出孔结构均匀,不同密度和孔径的泡沫铝。整个工艺平稳、易控制和调整。通过对试验结果的分析,得出了制备泡沫铝孔径小于1.2mm的最佳工艺:增粘温度为850~870℃,增粘剂的加入量为1.5%~2.0%,增粘搅拌速度和时间分别为800r/min和1.5~2min,发泡温度为690~700℃,发泡剂的加入量为1.0%~1.5%,发泡搅拌速度和时间分别为1 000r/min和1.5~2min,保温时间为2.5~4min。
