目的对核桃花的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果从核桃花中分离鉴定了7个黄酮类化合物,它们分别为:槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅱ),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅲ),槲皮素(Ⅳ),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅴ),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),山柰酚-3-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅶ)。结论这些化合物均为首次从本植物中得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of walnut flower. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and polyamide column chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis. Results Seven flavonoids were isolated and identified from walnut flower. They were quercetin -3-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅰ), quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuran (Ⅱ), quercetin -3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside (Ⅲ), quercetin (Ⅳ), and kaempferol-3-O- , Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅵ) and kaempferol-3-α-L-arabinopyranoside (Ⅶ). Conclusion These compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
