目的:观察金叶败毒颗粒佐治烧伤脓毒症的临床效果。方法:选取2013年2月至2014年2月我科室收治的烧伤并发脓毒症患者45例,按随机双盲法将其分为对照组22例和观察组23例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用金叶败毒颗粒。记录并分析治疗前和治疗后10天两组患者体温、心率、白细胞、中性粒细胞、血尿素氮、血肌酐、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的水平变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者体温、心率分别为(37.2±0.4℃、85.5±5.1次/分),均明显低于对照组(38.2±0.6℃、103.8±7.5次/分);观察组治疗后白细胞和中性粒细胞分别为(7.96±2.34×109/L、55.76±5.83%),均明显低于对照组(14.28±3.61×109/L、69.46±7.15%);3观察组治疗后血尿素氮和血肌酐分别为(7.4±0.6mmol/L、90.1±2.2μmol/L),均明显低于对照组(9.2±1.0mmol/L、95.7±3.3μmol/L);4观察组治疗后TNF-α和IL-8分别为(3.15±0.71ng/ml、3.01±0.42ng/ml),均明显低于对照组(5.01±0.83ng/ml、4.19±0.53ng/ml)。结论:金叶败毒颗粒可调节烧伤脓毒症患者的体温和心率,维护肾脏功能,降低患者体内炎症水平。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jinye Baidu Granule in treating sepsis.
