学校要多出人才,快出人才,核心问题,一是要有一支足够数量的又红又专的教师队伍;二是要调动教师办学的积极性。建校五年的铜陵市第十中学教师数量严重不足,加上学校条件差,先后有25名教师,20名干部调出,教师队伍一度不够稳定。该校新班子的同志认为,稳定教师队伍,调动教师积极性,固然需要各级领导的重视和各部门的配合,同时也需要学校本身作出努力。一年来,他们做了大量的工作,取得了明显的效果.
