农业高职学院新生在新的学习生活环境中的“文化冲击”下,班集体建设中认同危机不可避免。基于文化认同的视野,分析了农业高职学院新生在融入班集体时所面临的认同危机及表现,从“认知”“归属感”“文化卷入”三个维度提出了以主题班会为主线的认知策略、以专业服务活动为主体的归属策略、以专业实践为契机的行为策略。
Freshmen in Agricultural Vocational College Under the “Cultural Impact” in the new learning and living environment, the recognition crisis in collective construction of classes is inevitable. Based on the perspective of cultural identity, this paper analyzes the recognition crisis and performance faced by freshmen of agricultural higher vocational colleges when they integrate into the class, from the three dimensions of “cognition”, “belongingness” and “cultural involvement” The cognitive strategy based on the theme class meeting, the attribution strategy taking the professional service activities as the main body, and the behavior strategy taking the professional practice as the turning point.
