中职教育是对中国历年来应试教育的一种挑战和改革,随着中职教育的快速发展,中职生的数量也急剧增加,但是由于他们生理、心理的不断成熟与发展,以及过早地面临择业、就业的巨大压力,他们会不同程度地存在各种心理问题。作为跟学生接触最多的教师,班主任承担了对学生进行日常管理、教育、爱护的职责。因此,在当前探索中等职业学校班主任对学生进行心理健康教育的策略具有现实意义。
Secondary vocational education is a challenge and reform on exam-oriented education in China over the years. As the teacher who has the most contact with the students, the class teacher assumed the responsibility of daily management, education and love for the students. Therefore, it is of practical significance to explore the strategy of class supervisors in secondary vocational schools for mental health education.
